RAC (Remix Artist Collective) is basically just a 23-year old dude named Andre from Portugal who apparently owns a lot of keyboards. He did a few Bloc Party remixes in 2007 that caught fire and has had pretty steady remix work ever since, from bands like Chromeo, CSS, and The Shins.
